ELISA Kit for the detection and quantification of Squamous Cell Carcinoma Antigen variants (SCCA) in biological samples

A sensitive and specific ELISA assay used for the in-vitro detection and quantification of SCCA proteins (SCCA 1, SCCA 2, and SCCA-PD) in both tissue and cellular culture media, tissue and cellular protein extracts, and biological samples, such as plasma or serum. Increased SCCA protein levels in the blood have been demonstrated to have clinical relevance as circulating biomarkers for advanced Squamous Cell Carcinomas of the uterine cervix, lung, esophagus, head and neck and inverted papilloma.

A non-invasive tool used for the quantification of SCCA proteins (SCCA1, SCCA2 and SCCA-PD), proteins that serve as biomarkers for Squamous Cell Carcinoma.
